Sukiyaki

Sukiyaki is an incredibly delicious and flavourful Japanese hot-pot dish made with beef, onion, Chinese cabbage, leek, soy sauce, sugar and tofu.

A raw egg is also added to each of our bowls, which brings the temperature down and intensifies the flavours.

It was soooooo good!!!!!
